Monster ONE ® / YK-11 SARM is not quite a SARM, as it is closer to AAS in chemical structure. However, it is often referred to as SARMs and even studied as such, and at the same time it is known to be a popular myostatin blocker.

Currently, YK-11 is being researched in Japan by a state-sponsored team of scientists. A study on YK-11 dates back to 2011 and concludes that considering it is a SARM because it partially binds to androgen receptors.
